Fiaschetto di Manduria - 65-70 days - Italy - Semi-Determinate

Oh, this is a good one. Very prolific, perfect fruits with great flavor. This tomato is very popular in southeast Italy, called a regional treasure in Puglia. Known for making great sauce, it is also delicious for fresh eating. This tomato is dry-land farmed in Italy and is quite drought-tolerant, excellent for the Rockies.

It is also a great drying tomato - similar to Principe Borghese - perfectly sized to cut in half and dehydrate for winter eating.

Such a beauty!
