This culinary mix of Amaranth offers white, orange and red Amaranths cultivated with edible grains in mind. Not only is this a wonderful mix to cook with, you can experiment with all three varieties to see which ones grow best in your garden. These varieties are drought tolerant, enjoy full sun and will give splendid flowering tops that will load up with edible seeds.
All part of the Amaranth plants are edible, and they can be popped for tiny popcorn.

Direct sow after the last frost, no deeper than 1/4". Keep evenly moist through germination. To collect the grain, cut the seed heads and hang them to dry after seed begins to form.
