Wildly prolific, this dark red to almost brown tomato rocked out under single cover last year. The 4-5 oz. pear-shaped tomatoes came on strong, potato-leafed plants. LARGE LOAD PEOPLE.
You can definitely make a batch with this thing. Flavor was was sweet to start but after I cooked it, it was even more rich and complex. They held for a very long time and they don't crack when picked. They would make a great market tomato for their uniformity and hold. Firm walls, gorgeous color.
Do anything you want with this one - multi-purpose for sure.
