Balanced flavor of sweet and acid on compact plants. 8-12 oz. beautiful fruit. This is recommended to me by Wes McDorman, a veteran tomato grower. The fruits were amazing, big and cracky and heavy with juice.
This tomato makes a good canner as well as adorning a burger - it's juicy and mouthwatering and gives and gives. It is a heavy producer of beautiful large, red tomatoes. It did great at 7200' in the open.
Later plantings gave smooth, perfect beefsteaks without cracking. Most excellent.
