The Book List
THANK YOU AUTHORS!!!!
Everyone should be issued this book at birth.
It took me long enough I think - but here is a book list we like.
I will note a few to let you know what's current in our lives.
"The Green Book" to the left or "The Rodale" is obviously well loved. We've been through a hard copy that was finally finished off by an episode in the rain. So a new copy had to be got because this is the book that tells you something about everything. In alphabetical order - all organic - what more could anybody want?
We are huge fans of John Jeavons - author of How To Grow More Vegetables (and fruits, nuts, berries, grains and other crops) than you ever thought possible on less land than you can imagine
We have seen amazing results using this method. John Jeavons is the Steward of the Soil. This method uses water efficiently.
The book - The Food and Heat Producing Solar Greenhouse, changed my life - both of our lives in fact. It has set us on a path full of doing and trying and growing - year round and all the way until this moment - with smart greenhouses going up all around, not to mention all the years of joy in my own greenhouse. Thank you Bill Yanda and Rick Fisher and everyone involved with the science and the book.
The Greenhouse Gardener's Companion by Shane Smith is a must-have! If you own a greenhouse - of any kind - buy this book.
