55 - 60 days - Oregon - Determinate

Cold-tolerant, round, red tomato bred by Dr. Jim Bagette of OSU. This ultra-early tomato came out along with Oregon Spring - another sure-thing early. It is bred for cooler climates and short seasons.

Short, bushy plants grow easily and set early. I grew Santiam under a tree at 8000' it's first year and it produced with no cover. Beautiful blemish free 3-4 oz. red fruits on 30" tall plants.

Released in 1984 and is Verticullum and Fusarium Wilt resistant.
