Such a beauty. Gorgeous bi-color. Yellow with red and pink marbling and bigger than a handful. These grew to size in La Veta Colorado at 7200' above sea level! I never expected them to get so big. Sweet fruity flavor and an artist's dream sliced on the plate. Glorious and delicious.
