Found west of Pueblo, Co. Bright 24” mounds are covered in golden star flowers with golden centers. Uniform plants. Choice.

This is a fairly rare plant that Panayoti Kelaidis helped me identify. He would like to see it grown in more gardens as it's habitat is continually being threatened.
