30 days to maturity. Another perfect choice for the mountain garden. Spinach is a must in a cool weather garden and it can take dappled light. Big, dark green absolutely succulent savoyed leaves are to die for! This is the standard - the spinach you start with and it makes you feel like you can grow anything.
We like to direct seed our spinach but you can start them indoors 4 weeks before the last frost. Plant seeds up to 1/2".
Hardy, cold tolerant, fast growing.
