The flavor of this mahogany/brown, stabilized version of Cherokee Purple will knock your socks off. So sweet and rich and complex, my eyes flew open at the first bite and I started yelling and making yummy noises. I love it when a tomato variety totally surprises me. The chocolaty color is interesting on the plate as well.
